Instructions

  1. Clean the strawberries, remove 100 g, cut the rest into pieces and set aside.
  2. Puree the 100 g.
  3. Bring the water with sugar and vanilla sugar to the boil. Dissolve the cornstarch in a little water and then add the strawberry syrup.
  4. When the water boils, stir in this starch milk and also the strawberry puree.
