Ingredients
- 500 g strawberries, (cleaned)
- 300 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 80 g cornstarch
- 1 liter water
- 6 cl syrup, (strawberry syrup)

- Clean the strawberries, remove 100 g, cut the rest into pieces and set aside.
- Puree the 100 g.
- Bring the water with sugar and vanilla sugar to the boil. Dissolve the cornstarch in a little water and then add the strawberry syrup.
- When the water boils, stir in this starch milk and also the strawberry puree.
- Stir in strawberries, pour into dessert glasses and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
