Ingredients
- 250 g quark
- 100 ml syrup, (caramel syrup according to my recipe)
- 250 ml cream
- 9 teaspoons, heaped with powdered sugar, (approx. 75 g)

- Beat the cream with the powdered sugar until stiff.
- Mix the quark with the caramel syrup until creamy, fold in the whipped cream.
- Pour into dessert glasses and refrigerate.
