- 1 can tangerine (s)
- 250 g quark
- 200 g cream cheese
- 60 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 100 ml juice, from the can
- 175 ml cream
- 1 pack cream stabilizer
- 0.5 ½ bottle bitter almond flavor

- Drain the tangerines and collect the juice.
- Mix the quark and cream cheese with 100 ml of the juice until creamy. Add sugar, vanilla sugar and bitter almond flavor and stir well.
- Beat the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff and fold into the cream.
- Finally fold in the mandarins, garnish and enjoy.
