Mix and warm milk and water. Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm milk-water mixture and set aside.
Mix flour with sugar and salt and sieve. Knead in the butter, then add the egg and yeast milk and knead for another 10 minutes until a smooth dough is formed. Let rise for 1.5 hours.
Roll out and spread my nut filling on top.
Roll up, bend in the middle, twist tightly together and place in a loaf pan.
