Ingredients
- 500g flour
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 60 g suar
- 80 g butter, soft
- 0.5 ½ cube yeast
- 1 egg (s)
- 100 ml water
- 100 ml milk

- Mix and warm milk and water. Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm milk-water mixture and set aside.
- Mix flour with sugar and salt and sieve. Knead in the butter, then add the egg and yeast milk and knead for another 10 minutes until a smooth dough is formed. Let rise for 1.5 hours.
- Roll out and spread my nut filling on top.
- Roll up, bend in the middle, twist tightly together and place in a loaf pan.
- Let rise again for 30 minutes.
- Now bake at 160 ° for about 30-35 minutes.
