• 1 packet vanilla sugar (bourbon)

Instructions

1. Mix the quark, caramel syrup, and powdered sugar in a bowl until well combined.
2. In another bowl, whip the cream with vanilla sugar until stiff peaks form.
3. Stir the whipped cream into the quark mixture.
4. Crumble 5 Giotto pieces and stir into the mixture along with the brittle.
5. Reserve the remaining 4 Giotto pieces for decoration.
