Ingredients

• 220 g strawberries, cleaned
• 50 g powdered suar
• 1 packet vanilla sugar, bourbon or plain
• 2 teaspoon, heaped preserving sugar, : 1
• 10 drops butter-vanilla flavor

Instructions

1. Puree the strawberries and put them in a saucepan.
2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla sugar and bring to the boil.
3. As soon as everything boils, stir in the preserving sugar and simmer for another 2 minutes.
4. Let cool and serve with ice cream or custard.
