Ingredients
- 220 g strawberries, cleaned
- 50 g powdered suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar, bourbon or plain
- 2 teaspoon, heaped preserving sugar, : 1
- 10 drops butter-vanilla flavor

- Puree the strawberries and put them in a saucepan.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla sugar and bring to the boil.
- As soon as everything boils, stir in the preserving sugar and simmer for another 2 minutes.
- Let cool and serve with ice cream or custard.
