- 300 ml milk
- 150 ml cream
- 2 packs vanilla sugar, bouillon
- 80 g suar
- 1 egg (s)
- 1 egg yolk

- Mix the milk with the cream and bring to the boil with the vanilla sugar.
- In the meantime, mix the sugar, egg and egg yolks together well.
- When the milk boils, remove it from the hob and stir in the egg mixture.
- The vanilla sauce is ready.
