Ingredients
- 3 egg yolks
- 5 tablespoon sugar
- 0.5 ½ pack vanilla sugar
- 3 egg whites, beaten until stiff
- 200 ml sweet cream (full cream), whipped
- 1 teaspoon kirsch

- Mix the sugar, egg yolk, vanilla sugar and kirsch together. Carefully mix in the whipped cream and egg whites. Chill immediately and consume quickly.
- Can also be frozen.
