- 1 egg (s)
- 2 cl amaretto
- 3 tablespoon flour
- some Milk
- some butter, (for the pan)
- 2 scoops ice cream, (vanilla ice cream)
- some eggnog
- some chocolate sauce
- some cream

- Stir the flour into the egg, add the amaretto and add just enough milk to make a flowing mixture.
- Melt the butter in a pan and fry 2 thin pancakes in it.
- Put a scoop of vanilla ice cream in the middle and wrap it nicely in the pancake.
- Arrange nicely on a plate with cream, eggnog and chocolate sauce.
