- 0.25 liter ¼ sweet cream
- 1 vanilla pod (s)

- Mix the egg yolks and honey and add the vanilla pulp and cinnamon. Beat egg whites until stiff. Add the cream to the egg yolk and honey mixture and carefully stir in the egg white. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze. Makes one liter of ice cream, I often take twice that amount.
- By the way, you can also use 1/2 teaspoon of bourbone vanilla if you don`t have a vanilla pod on hand, I`ve already made it.
