  • 8 scoops ice cream, vanilla
  • 40 grams flour
  • 30 grams sugar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • liter ⅛ milk
  • 100 g honey
  • liter ⅛ cream
  • 30 g butter
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Make a liquid dough from flour, sugar, milk and egg as well as a small pinch of salt. Whip the cream. Heat the butter in a pan and pour the batter thinly into the pan. Fry until golden brown on both sides. (Use a suitable lid or plate to help you turn it over). Put the finished crepes on a plate and place 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream on each. Wrap in the crepes once and pour a little honey over them in a zigzag pattern. Garnish with cream.
