Ingredients
- 300 g quark, or low-fat quark
- liter ⅛ milk
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 lemon (s), add the juice from it

- Mix the ingredients into a smooth mass and put this in the ice cream maker. When the desired consistency has been reached, after approx. 20 to 30 minutes, either serve immediately or freeze in a sealable container.
- If desired, add a little more honey.
