- 1 squirt lemon juice
- 1 cup cream
- 5 tablespoon honey, more liquid
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 75 g yourt, 1.5% fat

- Wash and core the apricots, cut into quarters and place in a tall blender jar. Puree with the hand blender. Then add the remaining ingredients, mix everything together and pour into the ice cream maker.
