• 350 g apricot (s)
• 1 squirt lemon juice
• 1 cup cream
• 5 tablespoon honey, more liquid
• 1 packet vanilla sugar
• 75 g yourt, 1.5% fat

Instructions

1. Wash and core the apricots, cut into quarters and place in a tall blender jar. Puree with the hand blender. Then add the remaining ingredients, mix everything together and pour into the ice cream maker.
