Ingredients

  • 220 g flour
  • liter ⅛ milk, lukewarm
  • 20 g yeast
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 100 g butter, liquid
  • 80 g suar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon (s) - zest, grated untreated

For covering:

  • 1 large can (s) apricot (s), halved
  • 150 g cream
  • 1 pck.pudding powder, (cream flavor)
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 2 tablespoon honey (acacia honey)
  • Powdered sugar, for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Sieve the flour into a bowl and make a well in the middle.
  2. Crumble the yeast, mix with 1 tablespoon of sugar, dissolve in the milk and pour into the well.
  3. Stir in a little flour and let the dough rest for about 15 minutes.
  4. Remainder Add the ingredients and knead everything into a smooth dough. Let the dough rise until it has roughly doubled in volume. Roll out the yeast dough, place in a greased springform pan (26 cm Ø), pulling up one edge.
  5. Drain the apricots well.
  6. Whisk the cream, pudding powder, egg and honey together well. Pour the mixture on the dough and insert the apricot halves with the rounding up.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° (convection 180 °) for about 30 minutes.
  8. Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar if desired.
