- 4 small apricots or 1 large apricot
- 2 nectarine (s)
- 10 large strawberries
- 2 tablespoon quark
- 5 tablespoon milk, possibly a little more
- 2 tablespoon honey, possibly more,
- 1 tablespoon pistachios, chopped,

- Wash the fruits. Remove the stalk from the strawberries and quarter them. Divide the nectarines and apricots, then core and dice. Mix the quark, milk and honey. If it`s not runny enough, add a little more milk. If it`s not sweet enough, add a little more honey. Mix the fruit with the sauce and place in serving bowls. If you like, sprinkle the pistachios over it.
