Apricot Smoothie with Orange and Ice Cream

Orange smoothie made from fresh apricots with ice cream, honey, and orange juice is a bright and delicious thick drink and light summer dessert all rolled into one. This smoothie will instantly satisfy your hunger and saturate the body with vitamins!

Ingredients
- Apricots – 4 pcs. (120 g)
- Ice cream – 60 g
- Milk – 100 ml
- Orange (for juice) – 1/2 pc. (60 ml juice)
- Honey – 2 teaspoon
Directions
- I use ice cream. Milk, like apricots and oranges, should be kept in the refrigerator beforehand.
- Squeeze the juice out of the orange half. We need 60 ml of orange juice.
- Wash the apricots, dry them, divide them into halves and remove the seeds. Cut the apricot halves into wedges.
- Transfer the apricots to a blender bowl.
- Add ice cream.
- Then add honey.
- Pour in milk.
- And also pour in orange juice.
- Whisk all ingredients until a smooth, thick drink.
- Pour the apricot smoothie into glasses.
- Serve the apricot smoothie immediately after cooking. Bon Appetit!
