by Editorial Staff

Berry smoothies with ice cream are the favorite drink of all children! It is very useful to do it when kids do not want to eat fresh berries, but they will drink such a cocktail of ice cream and berries with pleasure!

Cook: 10 min.

Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • Berries (raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, etc.) – 300 g
  • Sugar – 1-1.5 tbsp
  • Ice cream (chocolate sundae, etc.) – 1 pc. (1 cup)
  • Milk (optional) – to taste

Directions

  1. Rinse the berries in water. You can choose any kind of berries – the main thing is that they do not have large seeds – raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, etc. Defrost the ice cream slightly.
  2. Pour the washed berries into a blender.
  3. Add sugar to your liking. (You can make a berry smoothie without added sugar.)
  4. Place ice cream in a blender. (If you like a liquid smoothie, add some milk.)
  5. Whisk everything for 1-2 minutes on a pulsating mode so that the contents of the container are crushed and mixed until smooth.
  6. Pour the berry smoothie into tall glasses. Decorate the berry and ice cream shake with wide-hole tubes and serve.
