Orange Ice Cream Shake

• 1 scoop / n ice cream, (vanilla)
• 200 ml orange juice
• 10 g whipped cream
• 0.5 ½ orange (s)

Instructions

1. Pour the orange juice into a tall bowl.
2. Peel the orange and remove the white skins as best you can. Also add the peeled orange to the bowl and use a hand blender to thoroughly puree the orange juice and half of the orange.
3. Then pour the orange mix into a large 0.4 l glass. Pour the ball of ice into the glass and, as a decoration, sprinkle the whipped cream on it with a piping nozzle.
