Orange Smoothie

The recipe for the most vitamin and energizing smoothie! The composition contains ginger and turmeric to strengthen the immune system. Lightweight, creamy and very healthy! Take note!

Servings: 1-2

Ingredients

  • Carrots – 2 Pieces
  • Banana – 1 Piece
  • Orange – 1-2 Pieces
  • Ginger Root – To taste
  • Turmeric – 1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Peel the banana and put it in the freezer overnight. Then cut into slices.
  3. Peel the carrots, cut into cubes. Squeeze the juice out of the carrots.
  4. Peel the orange, then cut into cubes. Peel the ginger root and cut into thin slices. Grind all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  5. The orange smoothie is ready!
