Ingredients

• 300 g quark, or low-fat quark
• liter ⅛ milk
• 2 teaspoons honey
• 1 lemon (s), add the juice from it

Instructions

1. Mix the ingredients into a smooth mass and put this in the ice cream maker. When the desired consistency has been reached, after approx. 20 to 30 minutes, either serve immediately or freeze in a sealable container.
2. If desired, add a little more honey.
