Instructions

  1. Put the cream in a bowl and whip gently.
  2. Beat until the cream has hardened slightly, please do not beat too hard!
  3. In a bowl, whip quark with vanilla sugar, sugar and, if you like, lemon juice until the sugar has dissolved well.
  4. Carefully fold in the cream and stir only until the cream is well distributed.
  5. Put the very airy mixture in the freezer again for 30 minutes.
  6. Then put the cream in the ice cream maker.
  7. The ice can also be placed completely in the freezer or prepared without an ice machine, but please stir regularly so that no ice crystals can form.
  8. (Due to the quark, the ice cream takes a little longer to freeze than normal)
  9. The quark gives the ice cream a wonderful taste.
  10. If you like, you can also use curd with flavor.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
