- Put the cream in a bowl and whip gently.
- Beat until the cream has hardened slightly, please do not beat too hard!
- In a bowl, whip quark with vanilla sugar, sugar and, if you like, lemon juice until the sugar has dissolved well.
- Carefully fold in the cream and stir only until the cream is well distributed.
- Put the very airy mixture in the freezer again for 30 minutes.
- Then put the cream in the ice cream maker.
- The ice can also be placed completely in the freezer or prepared without an ice machine, but please stir regularly so that no ice crystals can form.
- (Due to the quark, the ice cream takes a little longer to freeze than normal)
- The quark gives the ice cream a wonderful taste.
