- 250 g flour
- 3 egg (s)
- 500 ml milk
- 0.5 ½ glass cherry (s)
- 0.5 liter ½ ice cream (chocolate)
- oil

- Make a pancake batter from flour, milk and eggs. Drain the cherries, then add to the batter and fold in.
- Heat the oil in the pan and add a ladle of pancake batter to the pan at a time. Bake until golden, then turn and bake the other side.
- Arrange on plates, add 2 scoops of ice to each.
