Instructions

  1. Make a pancake batter from flour, milk and eggs. Drain the cherries, then add to the batter and fold in.
  2. Heat the oil in the pan and add a ladle of pancake batter to the pan at a time. Bake until golden, then turn and bake the other side.
  3. Arrange on plates, add 2 scoops of ice to each.
