Ingredients
- 2 liters of ginger ale
- 2 bottles of sparkling wine
- 2 glasses of sour cherries
- 2 liters of ice cream, vanilla

- Put the cherries with half of the cherry juice in the punching bowl, add ice-cold sparkling wine and ginger ale and stir. Just before serving, add half of the ice cream in cubes or balls. When it is almost melted, place the remaining ice cream balls on the punch bowl.
