Instructions

  1. Stir the flour into the egg, add the amaretto and add just enough milk to make a flowing mixture.
  2. Melt the butter in a pan and fry 2 thin pancakes in it.
  3. Put a scoop of vanilla ice cream in the middle and wrap it nicely in the pancake.
  4. Arrange nicely on a plate with cream, eggnog and chocolate sauce.
