Ingredients
- 1 can peach (s)
- 300 g mascarpone
- 250 g quark
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ flavor (Citro - Back)
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 250 ml peach juice, collected
- 50 ml cream
- 100 g chocolate sprinkles

- Drain the peaches while collecting the juice.
- Mix the remaining ingredients together, adding the chocolate sprinkles at the end. Cut the peaches into small pieces and fold in.
- Fill into dessert bowls and refrigerate until ready to use.
- Tip: If necessary, you can stir more cream or peach juice into the cream.
