  • 50 g chocolate (Côte d´Or Intense 70% Cacao)
  • 200 g cream cheese, liht (Philadelphia)
  • 150 g yourt
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 250 g red fruit jelly

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave. Mix the cream cheese, yoghurt and sugar together.
  2. Layer the cream cheese cream, melted chocolate and red fruit jelly alternately in four glasses.
