Put 10 stalks of rosemary, 100 raw cane sugar, 1 vanilla pod and the peel (one half each) of a lemon (without white) and the wine in each bottle (two with 750 ml each).
Close the bottles and let them stand in the dark for approx. 10 days.
Take everything out of the liquid.
The liqueur can be stored in a cool place for approx. 6 months!
