Ingredients
- 1 ½ liter white wine
- 20 stalks rosemary, fresh
- 1 lemon (s)
- 200 g cane suar
- 2 vanilla pod (s)

- Put 10 stalks of rosemary, 100 raw cane sugar, 1 vanilla pod and the peel (one half each) of a lemon (without white) and the wine in each bottle (two with 750 ml each).
- Close the bottles and let them stand in the dark for approx. 10 days.
- Take everything out of the liquid.
- The liqueur can be stored in a cool place for approx. 6 months!
