Ingredients
- 1 liter wine, red, (as everyone likes)
- 1 point vanilla sugar
- 100 g rock suar, possibly more
- 100 coffee beans

- Put everything in a large jar with a screw cap and let it stand for approx. 6-8 weeks.
- Shake daily until the sugar has completely dissolved.
- After the rest period, strain everything, fill into a nice bottle and enjoy.
- Filled in small bottles, it is a nice souvenir.
