Instructions

  1. Put everything in a large jar with a screw cap and let it stand for approx. 6-8 weeks.
  2. Shake daily until the sugar has completely dissolved.
  3. After the rest period, strain everything, fill into a nice bottle and enjoy.
  4. Filled in small bottles, it is a nice souvenir.
