Ingredients

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 130 g powdered suar, sifted
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 340 ml condensed milk (10%)
  • 70 ml alcohol
  • 80 ml brandy
  • 100 ml coffee, strong, cold

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg yolks, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until everything is frothy. Then (little by little) stir in the condensed milk, alcohol and brandy.
  2. Finally stir in the coffee.
  3. Pour the liqueur into a nice and well rinsed bottle and put it in a cool place.
