Ingredients

  • 50 g coffee beans
  • 10 cardamom pods
  • 200 g rock suar, brown
  • 0.7 liters brandy
  • 1 pinch lemon peel
  • 1 pinch orange peel
  • 10 tablespoon cocoa
  • 600 ml condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Pour coffee beans, cardamom pods, rock candy, brandy, lemon and orange peel into a bottle. The liquid quickly turns dark brown. Let it steep for about 3 weeks, shaking occasionally.
  2. After about 3 weeks, filter and mix with condensed milk. Then season with cocoa to taste. Keep refrigerated, shake before serving (the chocolate may settle at the bottom). Serve over ice.
