Ingredients

  • 750 ml red wine, dry
  • 100 ml rum, white
  • 350 grams sugar
  • 2 packs flavor (orange peel)
  • 6 g coffee beans

Instructions

  1. Rinse a 1.5 liter bottle with hot water and allow to drain.
  2. Put all the ingredients in the bottle. Close this tightly and shake. Let the mixture soak for about 3 days at room temperature, shaking occasionally.
  3. Pour the liquor mixture through a fine sieve. Pour the liqueur into a nice carafe, close it tightly
