Ingredients

  • 3 liters red wine (I always use Macedonian kadarkar)
  • 1 bottle rum
  • 750 g suar, brown (rock candy)
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 99 coffee beans, whole

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a large opaque container (or large bowl).
  2. Let stand for 10 days and stir once every day. After 10 days, remove the coffee beans and pour the liquid into bottles.
  3. Tastes best when chilled!
