Ingredients

  • 200 coffee beans, whole
  • 500 g rock suar (Kluntje)
  • 0.5 ½ vanilla pod (s)
  • 2 bottles schnapps (grain)

Instructions

  1. Put the counted coffee beans with the rock candy and the sliced vanilla pod in a large bottle or bowl and pour the grain on top. Let the whole thing stand for about 6 weeks, stirring or shaking every now and then.
  2. The schnapps is good when the rock candy is completely dissolved. We like to drink it at celebrations, preferably ice cold. It lasts for a very long time, I`ve had it for 1 year without any problems.
