Ingredients

  • 250 ml vodka or grain
  • 150 ml whiskey (scotch)
  • 200 ml soy milk (soy drink)
  • 400 ml soy cream (soy cream cuisine)
  • 300 g suar
  • 50 g mararine, vean
  • 1 vanilla pod (s)
  • 50 g block chocolate or couverture, vean
  • some coffee powder, instant

Instructions

  1. Heat the sugar with approx. 200 ml of cream in a saucepan over medium heat and let it caramelize, stirring constantly, until a golden brown chewy paste has formed. Add the margarine, the chocolate, the pulp of the vanilla pod and some (really very little!) Coffee powder and dissolve.
  2. Then slowly pour in the vodka and stir in until the whole thing has reached a semi-liquid consistency. Now put the caramel mixture in a clean 1 liter glass bottle and add the remaining ingredients (vodka, whiskey, milk and cream). The vanilla pod can also be added to the bottle.
  3. Seal and shake well so that everything mixes well. Then leave it open until the drink has cooled down completely!
  4. The quantities given are approximate values. Since you get a result straight away, you can try things out and celebrate.
