Ingredients
- 150 g cream
- 40 g dark chocolate
- 200 ml milk
- 375 ml espresso

- Whip the cream until stiff, grate the chocolate.
- Put the milk in a small saucepan, heat it up and whisk it up vigorously with a whisk so that the milk becomes very frothy.
- Pour coffee into cups and pour the frothed milk over them, put 2 tablespoons of cream on top of the milk froth.
- Decorate with grated chocolate and enjoy immediately.
- Tip:
- Preheat the cups in the oven at 50 degrees for about 10 minutes.
