- Whip the cream until stiff, grate the chocolate.
- Put the milk in a small saucepan, heat it up and whisk it up vigorously with a whisk so that the milk becomes very frothy.
- Pour coffee into cups and pour the frothed milk over them, put 2 tablespoons of cream on top of the milk froth.
