Ingredients
- 3 scoops ice cream (chocolate ice cream)
- 150 ml milk, cold
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 cup espresso, hotter

- The chocolate ice cream with a spoon or a ladle in a large glass e.g., Pour into a latte macchiato glass and press down a little.
- Mix the sugar in the milk to taste and pour the cold milk over the ice cream. Pour a hot espresso from the fully automatic coffee machine over the ice.
- Tip: Alternatively, it will certainly also work with filter coffee or instant coffee. However, it should be hot.
