Coffee and Chocolate Cocktail with Soda

This is a chocolate cocktail recipe that is prepared as a refreshing and delicious drink. The combination of chocolate ice cream and fizzy coffee creates an unusual cocktail texture. - Strong coffee, chilled – 250 ml
- Fatty cream – 60 ml (or concentrated milk – 30 ml) (optional)
- Soda water, chilled – 250 ml
- Chocolate ice cream – 2 scoops
- Coffee beans in chocolate
Directions
- Pour coffee into glasses.
- Add cream or concentrated milk (if using).
- Pour in soda water and stir.
- Gently add a scoop of ice cream to each glass.
