Milk-Coffee Cocktail (Coffee Milkshake)

The beautiful name – coffee milkshake – simply means coffee and milkshake. This delicious drink does not require the use of a blender. You can sprinkle almond crumbs on your milkshake.

Ingredients
- Chilled strong coffee (espresso or coffee brewed in a coffee machine at the rate of 70 g per 1
- liter of water) – 200 ml
- Eggs, beaten well – 2 pcs.
- Cold milk – 450 ml
- Cream – 100 ml
- Sugar – 1 tbsp
- Salt – a pinch
- Vanilla or almond essence – 4 drops
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a shaker.
- Pour the milkshake into glasses and serve immediately.
