Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 130 g butter
  • 80 g powdered suar
  • 100 g nuts, finely chopped
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoon whipped cream
  • 0.5 ½ point baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon coffee powder, soluble
  • 250 g flour

For the cream:

  • 100 g powdered suar
  • 80 g butter
  • 50 g nuts, finely rated
  • 1 point vanilla sugar
  • 1 teaspoon coffee powder, soluble

For the glaze:

  • 2 tablespoon water, hot
  • 1 teaspoon coffee powder, soluble
  • some powdered sugar
  • 1 ½ pack chocolate coffee beans, for decoration

Instructions

  1. Knead all the dough ingredients into a smooth dough and let it rest for a few hours. Then roll out the dough thinly and cut out small diamonds. Bake at 160 ° C for about 10 minutes.
  2. While the biscuits are cooling, prepare the cream. To do this, beat icing sugar with vanilla sugar and butter until frothy. Stir in the coffee and nuts. Use it to put two biscuits together.
  3. For the glaze, dissolve the coffee in hot water and mix it with some icing sugar, depending on the feel and consistency, so that a creamy glaze is created. Cover the biscuits with it and place a chocolate coffee bean in the middle.
