Ingredients

  • 425 ml milk, 1.5%
  • 4 tablespoon coffee, soluble and strong or espresso powder
  • 60 ml caramel syrup
  • 40 ml coffee liqueur
  • 100 g crushed ice

To garnish:

  • some coffee, more soluble
  • 2 mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Put the ice cream together with the milk, the soluble coffee powder (I use espresso powder) as well as the syrup and liqueur in the mixer and mix for up to 3 minutes on the highest setting.
  2. Pour the shake into 2 large glasses, sprinkle some of the soluble coffee powder on top and garnish with the mint. Serve immediately.
