Whipped Iced Coffee with Milk

Miracles in your kitchen: whisk milk with coffee and ice cubes – and you get a delicious cold drink with airy milk foam, which tastes like a frappe. Ingredients
- Milk – 300 ml
- Instant coffee – 5 g (2 teaspoon)
- or freshly brewed espresso – 30 ml
- Sugar – 15 g (to taste)
- Ice – 70 g (10-11 cubes)
Directions
- Pour milk into a blender bowl with a “knife” attachment, add ice.
- Pour in sugar and coffee.
- Beat for 5 minutes, until the light foam is firm.
- Pour the whipped cold coffee with milk into glasses and top with straws.
- Such a drink should be served immediately, as the air foam gradually settles until it disappears altogether.
